Hinge and hinge pocket
Classic 2-part hinge ...

... 3-part hinge or stainless steel version optionally available. Position and design of the hinge pocket comply with DIN 18111; it can therefore be easily replaced at any time. A third hinge can be ordered.

Surfaces
From Super Standard to an RAL colour of your choice right up to wood decors.

 

Honeycomb/Polystyrene filling
The full-surface-bonded, close-mesh honeycomb filling ensures incomparable stability and absorbs any "tinny" knocking sounds. The polystyrene filling guarantees optimized heat insulation and soundproofing: K value = 1.0 W/mm²K acc. to DIN 52619.

Quality design
Double-walled sheet steel, 40 mm thick, rebate on 3 sides. This design not only looks good, it also makes the door outstandingly stable.

Door leaf can be shortened
The lower section of the door leaf can be shortened by up to 20 mm if the floor is uneven or new flooring has been laid.

Floor seal
An integrated floor seal that self-activates mechanically and lowers when the door is closed keeps out both cold air and noise.

Rubber seal
Our range of seals offer a choice of different closing pressures. They all reliably shut out draughts.

Handles
Novoferm offers designs ranging from classical to modern, handles can be retrofitted (version: warded lock or profile cylinder)

Glazing
To look through or let the light in, round or square, any size and number you like. Design: Tempered safety glass (ESG), laminated safety glass (VSG), wire glass, Mastercarré, Masterpoint, Masterligne or pre-assembled for on-site solutions. Glass holding strips made of aluminium or wood. Further functional solutions, such as spyholes, letter slots, ventilation gratings, etc., are possible.

Thick rebate
The top quality rebate gives the door a homely character.
