Flexible, insulated aluminium rolling shutter for universal use in industrial and residential construction.

TH80 Natural aluminium with clear varnish
80 mm aluminium slats, double-walled, approx. 20 mm thick. With a core made of heat insulating rigid polyurethane foam that is bonded to the shell without adhesive and thus offers maximum levels of surface stability. Specially developed profile design with top quality appearance enables much tighter wrapping and lower header heights.
TH80 Natural aluminium with clear varnish
Aluminium slats with optimized profile, wrapping and guide characteristics for low-noise and low-friction operation. Plastic end pieces to prevent lateral shifting and ensure smooth running operation. Manufacturing dimensions max. 5,000 x 5,000 mm.
TH80 with paint coat (special surface)
As above but with colour coating on one or both sides at additional cost. The bottom edge profile is standard untreated aluminium on door widths of more than 4,500 mm.
THGL80 Aluminium glazed
Double glazed aluminium slats with window cutouts, two-skinned acrylic panes (not transparent), max. 5 slats with window cutouts on each rolling shutter.
Surfaces identical to TH80.
BoxControl D400 control unit
Standard for our rolling shutters and rolling grilles, ready for installation, only suitable for 400/230 V mains, includes 1.5 m connecting cable with 16 A CEE moulded plug and 2 x 5 m cables for connecting plug-in engine/limit switch, foil keypad for operating "Open-Hold-Close" in deadman position, can be enhanced, e.g., with the push buttons and key switches listed below (at additional cost).
All of the rolling shutters presented here comply with the requirements of EN 13241-1.
