Burglar protection
prevents the door curtain from being raised, with lock for on-site cylinder, handle, laterally engaging rod and disabling contact.

NEW: Automatic servo lock
Bolts engage automatically on both sides every time the door is closed. The rolling shutter curtain is securely locked into the door frame by laterally extending steel bolts. (Not possible on rolling grilles)

Emergency activation
Using the emergency hand chain on the floor.

Accident prevention contact strip
Beneath the edge profile on the lower edge of the door, immediately causes the door to stop if the closing curtain encounters an obstacle, then raises the curtain again. Generally included on automatically operated doors, otherwise available on request.

Pass door
Standard size 875 x 2000 mm, to allow people to pass when the door is closed, in the swivelling or fixed side part (total width approx. 1050 mm).
    
  
  
  

   

• Version a) Pass door designed as a double-walled, single leaf
  multi-purpose door, top section double-walled with insulation filling,
  galvanized, primed.
• Version b) Pass door and top section filled with rolling shutter slats,
  frame galvanized and primed.
• Version c) Customized dimensions at additional cost.

Customized designs at additional cost

Horizontal header panel is needed if header is not flush. Fixed panel, made of profiled galvanized sheet metal, single walled or heat insulated, depending on the door model.

Vertical header panel is needed if a header is not available. Panel made of the same profiles as the curtain, fixed, steel framed, optionally made of galvanized profiled sheet metal.

 

Header seal for TH80 to prevent loss of heat and draughts: through the TH80 slat with fixed, integrated plastic seal

Header seal for V80 / TH100 to prevent loss of heat and draughts: - V80 with nylon brushes - TH100 with rubber lip seal up to a width of 5 m, thereafter with nylon brushes.

Side profile needed if not enough space, or no space is available for the rolling shutter connection. Steel profile dimensioned to match the weight of the door.
