Description
Structure / Materials

• Single or double door units
• Heavy frame structure made of steel tubing with clamping strips, profile thickness matched to the size of the door, upper pivot point with thrust bearing, lower pivot point with pin and ball bearing or joint bearing on large doors, hot galvanized.
• Door leaves optionally:
• transparent plastic panels, 7 or 10 mm thick,
  10 mm thick also with woven inlay
• non-wearing, black rubber with woven inlay,
  6 or 8 mm thick
• black or grey plastic panels, 7 or 10 mm thick
• Optional light strips / windows
• Light strips between 1000 and 2000 mm height
• Welded windows 700 x 1000 or 500 x 700 mm
• Portholes with acrylic or safety glass

Operation / Drive

• Can simply be pushed open by people or vehicles
• The door is closed automatically by a torsion spring hinge in the upper part of the tube structure, which can be adjusted from the outside and is protected against dust and damage



Conditions that must be met on site

• Sturdy header made of steel, concrete or wood
• Continuous frame (may not be necessary, depending on the structural conditions)

• Baffle plates welded on at different points and, possibly, clamped at the sides
• (Reinforced) Recesses for crane tracks, piping systems or through-wiring
