NovoFire Alu T90 system



NovoFire Alu T90 system - T90 fireproof and smokeproof doors and F90 wall units made of tubular aluminium profiles
Aluminium door element made of single chamber hollow profiles, profile wall thickness 4 mm, with thermal decoupling and inserted "cool fire" insulating core, fire resistance class T90 in accordance with DIN 4102 and EN 1634-1, with double EPDM rebate seal (on three sides). In combination with an automatically lowerable floor seal, the door is tested for smoke protection in accordance with DIN 18095. Visible width of frame and leaf: 150 mm, pedestal height: 98 - 238 mm, installation depth: 90 mm. The inactive leaf on a double door unit must not be less than 500 mm. The elements are pre-assembled for bushing assembly or weld-on fitting. For hardware, see the description on page 54, integrated door closing systems (Dorma ITS 96) are, however, not possible.

Hinges
Two 2-part aluminium bolt-on hinges on each leaf, three-dimensionally adjustable; we recommend that you use 3 hinges on doors with swing door operation.
Surface
Anodized, stainless steel finish, or powder coated (RAL Classic of choice).
Glazing
Fireproof glazing "Contraflam 90-N2" or "Pyrostop Type 90-102, Pyrostop Type 90-201" for interior application, tested in accordance with DIN 4102 (and EN 1634-1), safety glass is being introduced, VSG (laminated safety glass, Pyrostop) and ESG (tempered safety glass, Contraflam), glazing options and panel fillings in compliance with the registration. Profiles with one-sided glass rebate and glass holding strips on the opposite side of the hinges, dry glazing with EPDM seals.
Transoms
Door leaf: Vertical transom (max. 1) or cross transom (max. 2) on glass partition versions, surface-mounted transoms are also possible, spacing: ≥ 200 mm. Fixed glazing: Freely selectable subject to compliance with the minimum pane size stipulated in the registration.
Fixed glazing F90
Surface flush connection to the T90 door, stand-alone versions are also possible, slanted versions or T connections are optionally available. The frame bars must be unbutted over the entire height of the fireproof glazing. Panel glazing must comply with the registration.

T90-2: Screw-on hinge 20 mm pivotal spacing

Practically unlimited transparency
Room partitioning wall glazing with architecturally attractive transoms are permitted with no restrictions on width. No height restrictions apply either for smokeproof wall elements. Building code height allowances for fire-resistant wall elements range between max. 3500, 4000 or 5000 mm, depending on the type.
