Multi-purpose doors



Our steel doors are generally judged to be "universally excellent doors" that meet virtually all requirements. The rebate cover, which is similar to front doors, makes our multi-purpose doors suitable for use, not just in workshops and warehouses, but also in office or administration environments. A range of standard sizes can be supplied immediately.
We can also supply virtually any door to match your specific property. Our numerous clever solutions include, for example, a double door unit as an inspection opening with specifically designed mechanical operation and opening limitation, or a door finish that is matched to the façade of the house.

  

Multi-purpose doors: Description
Door leaf: double-walled, made of sendzimir galvanized sheet steel, filled with mineral wool for thermal insulation.
  
Type D:
three-sided thin rebate, the leaf joints and overlaps with the door sheets are profiled in one piece to avoid any joints that might rust, both door sheets are lapped.
  
Sill:
Standard: floor level (A); sills with 4-sided continuous frame (B1, B2, B3), with lower rebate (C) and sealing sills with lowerable floor seal (RS1) or hump sills (RS2) optionally available.

Standard glazing
Standard glazingn is available in ten different shapes/sizes, each with glazing profiles made of steel, primed (powder coated) in RAL 9016.
    
    
   
    
    
Standard rectangular glazing is available in four standard sizes:

• 200 x 600 mm
• 500 x 400 mm
• 460 x 910 mm
• 460 x 1500 mm

     
Standard rhombus-shaped glazing is available in three square clear glass sizes:

• 300 x 300 mm
• 400 x 400 mm
• 500 x 500 mm

  
Standard round glazing is available in three clear glass diameters:

• 300 mm
• 400 mm
• 514 mm

Four different types of glass are available for all types of standard glazing:

• Wire glass 6 -7 mm
• VSG laminated glass 6 mm
• ISO wire glass/VSG (laminated glass) 19 mm
• ISO-glass VSG (laminated glass)/VSG 19 mm



Special glazing



Three further types of glass are available for special glazing solutions:

• Wire ornamental glass 6 -7 mm
• ESG tempered safety glass 6 mm
• ISO wire ornamental glass/VSG (laminated glass) 19 mm

 

Special light cutouts can be realized in rectangular formats from 150 x 150 to 1000 x 1500 mm (minimum frieze width of 155 mm is necessary), as can multi-pane glazing with vertical and horizontal sash bars.
       
Glass holding strips are also available in aluminium (E6/EV1 anodized) or stainless steel.
