Novoferm Group's environmental, health and work safety policies
The purpose of our environmental, health and work safety policies is to implement a high level of environmental protection and work safety at all Novoferm Group sites.
Together with our quality and work safety policies, our environmental policy forms a closed management system and is binding for the entire staff and all processes.
In conjunction with the EN ISO 9001:2008 quality management system, this ensures synergy effects in all our company areas and business units.
We strive to constantly and actively improve our environmental protection measures and to minimize environmental impacts.
The Management Board and our staff undertake to use provided resources such as energy, water, machines, equipment, raw materials and supplies responsibly. It is our maxim to avoid and minimize environmental impacts caused by e.g. emissions, refuse and waste water. Our company regards compliance with statutory and other provisions as a minimum requirement. Our environmental policy serves as a guideline for the development of our environmental objectives and their implementation.
In our organization, we encourage and demand responsibility for the environment along our value chain. We involve our suppliers and customers in our efforts in order to achieve the highest possible level of sustainability.
Our efforts to achieve environmentally compatible sustainability, health and safety apply equally to all Novoferm Group sites.
When developing and manufacturing our products, we ensure the use of recyclable materials to reduce CO2 emissions and to avoid the release of hazardous substances wherever possible. This guarantees the creation of ecologically sustainable products from the very beginning.
Environmental and safety-related aspects are constantly examined in the course of internal and external quality audits.
